Cold Rolled Steel Product

Description

Cold Rolled Steel Coil/Sheet is produced by undergoing a series of processes such as cold reducing hot-rolled coil(with a minimum reduction ratio of 40% under normal temperature), annealing and tempering so the product has characteristics of good formability and uniform flatness. It therefore can be used as raw material to manufacture automobiles, home electronic appliances, hot-dip galvanized steel and pre-painted steel products.

Special Feature & Strength

Sophisticated Surface and Dimensional Accuracy

Using the cold rolling process, cold-rolled steel sheet undergoes annealing and temper-rolling to achieve a consistent, smooth surface with uniform thickness and flatness.

Excellent Workabillity

Cold- rolled steel sheet that has undergone the annealing process has increased workability compared with cold-rolled sheet (as rolled) produced by the conventional method.

Various Applications

Cold-rolled steel sheet and coil is essential to automotive and electrical appliance production as well as a wide range of other products requiring highly workable steel of a consistent quality.
