Hyosung has the largest production capacity of carpet yarns in the country and operates its own carpet production line, as well as exporting a variety of yarns to various parts of the world, including Japan, Australia and China
Hyosung produces yarns of various materials like Nylon BCF and PP BCF using its unique patented technology, while it continues to develop new high-quality yarns, such as Korea’s first square-hollow nylon yarns.

Nylon BCF(Kayan)

The first Nylon BCF for carpets in the country developed by Hyosung, this product offers high durability and is highly resistant to fuzzing and pilling, being ideally suited for high-quality carpet weaving.

PP BCF(proyan)

A PP BCF especially developed for carpets, it offers excellent bulkiness that boasts a luxuriant look after weaving. The different yarns are color-treated before being woven, so that the carpets maintain their true colors even after repeated laundering and exposure to bright lights.
