Hyosung PET bottles are approved by the FDA and some internationally prominent beverage companies, including Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola. As the nation's No 1 market leader, Hyosung supplies pet bottles for beverages, such as juices, sports drinks, and carbonated drinks, supplying bottles for leading domestic beverage companies, such as Lotte, HAITAI, Coca-Cola, Dong-A, WOONGJIN and more.
Built with an integrated production system from PET-related materials to finished goods, Hyosung established a network system for production and sales. Hyosung exports PET bottles and PET preforms to Japan, while also supplying them to domestic markets. Hyosung has also set up a factory in China for the purpose of local production and local sales.

Pressure-resistance Bottle

A pressure-resistant bottle is a container designed to contain carbonic acid gas. The presence of four or higher volumes of CO2 normally causes the shape of a container to be deformed when the volume is inflated due to an increase in external temperatures. To prevent this deformation, the pressure-resistant bottle has a streamlined shape body and a bottom with robust grooves toward the interior center of the bottom.

Heat-resistance Bottle

A heat-resistant bottle is a container designed to be filled with high temperature (86~91ºC) liquid content. This container has a crystallized neck and a body, circumscribed by panels, which prevents the shape of a bottle from being deformed. This container is mainly used to fill liquid content sterilized at high temperatures, such as juices, sports ion drinks, and coffee.

Heat & Pressure-resistance Bottle

This product is designed to contain low-carbonated drinks that require post-sterilization treatment (65ºC). This container must have a high functionality in order to deliver both pressure resistance and heat resistance at the same time. This product is mainly used for carbonated fruit drinks or milky soft drinks.

Normal-pressure Bottle

This product is designed to contain liquid content at normal pressure and temperatures. This container is mainly used for mineral water, soy sauce, vinegar, and alcoholic drinks like soju and rice wine.

Multi-layer PET bottle

This product is structured with triple layers. Among the layers, the middle layer built with O2 & CO2 barrier properties, effectively blocking O2 and CO2. This product is thus used as a container to block any gas, such as beer, tea and coffee.
